摘要
对80%乙磷铝高浓度水分散粒剂崩解性和悬浮稳定性的研究,并对该制剂中的崩解剂和润湿分散剂进行了选择,对制剂热贮前后的崩解性、润湿分散性、悬浮稳定性进行了检测,根据试验结果研制出了性能优良的配方,并对优良配方制成的制剂进行热贮稳定性试验.实验结果表明:悬浮率≥90%,润湿时间<10 s,崩解时间<140 s,均符合水分散粒剂的技术指标要求,解决了该制剂崩解性差,悬浮率低的难题。且该制剂配方合理、理化性能稳定、生产操作简便和经济效益显著,具有一定的创新性及适用性.
The disintegrative agent and the wetting-dispersant for the 8% Phosethyl-Al Water Dispersible Granules (WDG) were studied by examining the disintegrability and the suspension stability. These properties together with the wetting dispersibility before and after the heat storage of the 80% Phosethyl-Al WDG were measured. Based on these experimental results an optimized formula was obtained. The heat storage stability of the resulted preparation was tested. The results were as follows: suspension rate over 90%, wetting time less than 10 s and disintegrative time less than 140 s. All of them satisfied the quality standard of water dispersible granules. The formula proved to be reasonable. The physical and chemical properties of the corresponding preparation were stable. And the manufacture method was simple and economical.
