摘要
基于大学体育教学实践,运用访问调查等方法,对普通高校开展"拓展训练"的必要性和可行性进行了研究,旨在为丰富普通高校体育教育内容和推动体育教学改革提供一定的参考。研究认为,普通高校具备开展拓展训练的基础条件;开展拓展训练具有重要的教育价值,因此,普通高校在体育教学中开展拓展训练,既有必要,也是可行的。
Based on university＇s sports teaching practice,we have done research on the necessity and feasibility of outward bound in ordinary university by way of interview,survey and so on,which is aimed at providing certain references to enrich the content of physical education and push forward the course＇s teaching reform for ordinary university.The study suggests that ordinary university has basic conditions for carrying out outward bound,which has important educational value.So it is necessary and feasible to recommend the outward development for PE of ordinary university.
