浅埋藏易自燃大型综放工作面自燃“三带”分布规律的实测与数值模拟研究 被引量:9

摘要 通过在采空区预埋束管取样器,检测采空区内气体成分随工作面回采进度的变化情况,并对采空区O2浓度随深度的变化规律进行分析。根据实测O2浓度确定出安家岭一号井4106工作面采空区遗煤自燃氧化"三带"的分布状况;在实测数据的校准和验证下,利用数值模拟技术研究了采空区O2浓度在整个采空区的分布规律;采用验证过的数值模拟模型研究了工作面配风量变化对采空区自燃"三带"分布规律的影响。研究表明:大型综放工作面采空区内部高O2浓度区域具有在进、回风巷侧分布范围较广、在采空区中部区域分布狭窄的U形特征;配风量增加,采空区自燃带宽度增大,且回风侧增大幅度最明显。 The variation of gas composition in the gob with the advance of the working face was detected by the embedded bundle tube sampler,and analysis was made on the varying regularity of O2 concentration in the gob with depth.The distribution of 'three spontaneous combustion zones' of residual coal in the gob of 4106 working face in Anjialing No.1 Shaft was determined according the measured O2 concentration;on the basis of the calibration and verification of the measured data,study was made on the distribution law of O2 concentration in the whole gob with numerical simulation technology;study was also made on the influence of the variation of the distributed air quantity in the working face upon the distribution law of'three spontaneous combustion zones' in the gob by using the verified numerical simulation model.The study indicated that the area with high O2 concentration in the gob of a large fully mechanized caving face has the U-type feature,that is,it distributed more widely on the side of both intake and return airways and more narrow in the middle of the gob;when the distributed air quantity increased,the width of the spontaneous combustion zone in the gob also increased and the increment was very clear on the return air side.
