特厚综放面采空区自燃“三带”的分布规律研究 被引量:8

摘要 通过分析金庄煤业8201综放工作面采空区自然发火危险性大的原因,在不采取任何防灭火措施的情况下,结合现场数据,对8201综放工作面采空区自燃"三带"的分布进行了数值模拟,划分了分布范围;依照束管监测系统所采集到的数据,在采空区采取注氮及端头堵漏措施的条件下,对采空区自燃"三带"的分布进行了划分。计算了8201综放面在采取注氮及堵漏措施和不采取注氮及堵漏措施两种条件下每天的最小推进距离,再综合考虑矿井的实际生产条件,确定了8201综放工作面的合理推进速度,并提出通过注氮及端头堵漏来防止采空区自燃事故的发生。 Based on the analysis of causes of big spontaneous combustion risk in gob of 8201 fully mechanized caving work face in Jinzhuang Coal Mining Co. , Ltd. , without taking any fire prevention measures and combined with field data, the numerical simulation for the distribution of three zone of spontaneous combustion in gob of 8201 fully mechanized caving work face was carried out. According to the data collected by tube monitoring system, the distribution of three zone of spontaneous combustion in gob was divided under the condition of nitrogen injection and end head plugging. The minimum advance distances of 8201 work face in these two cases were calculated, and the actual production conditions of the mine were taken into account. The reasonable advance distance of 8201 work face was determined, and the techniques of nitrogen injection and end head plugging were proposed to prevent spontaneous combustion in gob.
