摘要
为了避免穴蚀的发生,提高柴油机高压油泵柱塞偶件的可靠性,以某型柴油机柱塞偶件为研究对象,利用CFD软件Fire对其内部流场进行动态仿真,得到了柱塞回油期间,偶件流场内的空泡分布、变化规律及柱塞螺旋槽结构对空泡形成、破灭的影响特性。研究结果表明:在柱塞偶件螺旋槽上附加棱边可有效减少空泡形成,螺旋槽加工范围为螺旋槽角度30°~60°、螺旋槽高度0.5~0.8mm。
The flow field in the plunger assembly of a diesel injection pump was simulated by using CFD software Fire.The bubble distribution and varying characteristics,influences of helical groove configuration on the bubble formation and break down were obtained.The results show that adjunct edge machined on the helical groove can minimize the cavitation.The machined range is 30°~60° for helical groove inclination and 0.5~0.8 mm for its height.
