摘要
本文借助CCD摄像机、高速A/D转换板 (采集速率为 1m/s)、图象采集卡、微型计算机和其它测试仪器 ,在喷油泵试验台上对透明供油系统中的汽泡进行试验研究。采用频谱分析的方法 ,对汽泡以不同方式消失时系统压力波动的频率结构进行研究 ,指出汽泡萎缩消失引起压力波动频率大约在 4kHz~ 1 1kHz,汽泡爆炸破碎造成高频振荡频率大约在 1 1kHz~ 2 0kHz,阐明泵端压力次波的升高率对汽泡的消失方式起决定作用。
An investigation on the bubbles in transparent fuel supply system was made on pump test bed with the CCD camera, high speed A/D board (sampling rate 1 m/s), Microcomputer and other instruments .By using frequency spectrum analysis method , a study was conducted on the frequency structure of pressure oscillation in the system caused by the bubbles' disappearance in different modes. It showed that the frequency of pressure oscillation caused by bubbles' deflation was in the range of 4kHz to 11kHz and that the frequency of pressure oscillation caused by bubbles' bursting was about 11 kHz to 20 kHz . It concluded that the rising rate of pressure sub wave in the pump end determined the bubbles' disappearance mode.
