摘要
通过对安装在潢川变电站的一种进口的PASS开关不能合闸的故障进行分析,认为,此开关机构箱内的棘轮磨损和弹簧疲劳是主要原因,通过更换棘轮和调整法兰盘角度,使合闸弹簧储能行程延长,保证了储能弹簧有效储能,解决了开关不能合闸的故障,节省了维修费用,总结出来的方法值得相关技术人员参考。
A kind of imported PASS switchgear which was installed in Huangchuan substation had a fault that it could not switch on.Fault analysis shows that ratcheting worn and spring fatigue in switchgear machinery box are main causes.The corresponding countermeasures of replacing ratchet and adjusting the angle of flange plate make switch-on spring's energy storage travel extend.This guarantees the spring to store energy effectively and solves the problem that the switch can not switch on.These countermeasures save maintenance costs and deserve the correlative technicians' reference.
