摘要
为了解析煤矿井下工人日常的膳食营养状况,根据《中国居民膳食指南及平衡膳食宝塔》中"膳食宝塔"提供的各类食物摄入量,使用中国疾病预防控制中心营养与食品安全所编著的《中国食物成分表》(2002)计算出煤矿井下工人的标准人日摄入量,并与中国居民平衡膳食(CBDP)每日推荐量进行比较。结果表明,煤矿井下工人的膳食结构严重失衡,膳食结构不合理。因此,根据煤矿井下工人的自身特点制定出合理的膳食结构,并加强对其日常饮食的监管是劳动管理部门不可忽视的问题。
The dietary status of coal miners were investigated and analyzed; corresponding suggestion and countermeasures were put forward. The dietary energy of coal miners were calculated based on the Chinese DRIs （dietary reference intakes） and China Food Ingredient Table 2002, and compared with Chinese balance dietary pagoda （CBDP）. The result showed that the dietary structure of coal miners was seriously imbalanced and unreasonable. Thus it was urgent for the labor supervisor department to formulate a reasonable diet structure for coal miners and strengthen the supervision on their diet.
