摘要
以湖南省14个市(州)市区为研究对象,通过构建城市土地集约评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法评价研究区域的土地集约利用程度,最后针对评价结果,提出提高湖南省城市土地集约利用水平的对策。
The urban land intensive use from spatial difference aspect was studied, which took Hunan province as a study region. A set of indicators were selected to construct the urban land use evaluation index system according to its regional characteristics. The method of principal component analysis was used to comprehensively evaluate the urban land use condi- tions. Finally, land use measures and suggestions based on four aspects were provided.
