摘要
目的探讨接骨膏治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的作用机制。方法建立弗氏完全佐剂诱导大鼠RA模型,采用接骨膏内服加关节局部外敷治疗,通过关节炎指数、足趾容积、病变关节的病理变化、血清细胞因子测定,观察其疗效。结果接骨膏内服、外敷治疗弗氏完全佐剂性关节炎大鼠,给药后7 d、14 d和21 d后大鼠病变关节的关节炎指数、关节肿胀度及病理改变明显减轻,血清中升高的白细胞介素-8(IL-8)明显下降,白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平逐渐升高,与模型组以及治疗前比较有明显差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),与雷公藤多苷片治疗效果比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论接骨膏能有效控制关节炎症状,抑制促炎症细胞因子的病理性升高,从而达到有效控制RA病情发展。
Objective To explore the mechanism of medicinal herbs boned ointment in treating rheumatoid arthritis.Methods a pathological model of rats rheumatoid arthritis induced by Freund′s adjuvant completely was set up,then medicinal herbs boned ointment was adopted in therapy.Therapeutic effects were observed through arthritis index,toe cubage,pathological examination,serum cell gene determination.Results After 7days,14days and 21days for adopting medicinal herbs boned ointment,the arthritis index,toe cubage and pathological examination of the rats were greatly reduced.The strange high level of IL-8 was decreased,while the level of IL-10 was enhanced abnormally.There were visible differences between the therapy and the model（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion Medicinal herbs boned ointment can decrease the symptom of rheumatoid arthritis and restrain the pathological increase of inflammatory cell obviously,therefore it can control the development of rheumatoid arthritis effectively.
