摘要
目的:系统评价中药熏洗治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法:检索中国知网、维普、万方、Pub Med数据库的相关文献,经筛选确定纳入文献,采用Jadad评分法评价文献质量,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:Meta分析表明,中药熏洗和中药熏洗联合疗法在总有效率、部分实验性指标优于对照组,但其可信度较低。结论:中药熏洗治疗类风湿关节炎具有一定疗效,但考虑纳入样本量较少、文献质量低,有待大样本、高质量、多中心的随机对照试验进一步验证。
Objective：To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of TCM fumigation and washing in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods：Literature retrieval was made to select related literature from CNKI,VIP,WANFANG DATA,and Pub Med Database.Jadad Score Method was used to evaluate the quality of the selected literature and Rev Man 5.3 software was used for Meta analysis.Results：Meta analysis showed that TCM fumigation and washing treatment for the treatment group was better than the control group on the aspects of total effective rate and some experimental indicators,but had low reliability.Conclusion：TCM fumigation and washing has certain curative effect.Because of small quantity and low quality of samples,further studies are needed.
