摘要
聚羧酸系减水剂早期强度发展缓慢的问题限制了其应用。研究了以不同分子质量的大单体甲氧基聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯(MPEGA)、(甲基)丙烯酸和消泡单体合成早强型聚羧酸系高性能减水剂,确定了合成产品的最佳工艺条件为:n(MPEGA4000)∶n(丙烯酸)∶n(消泡单体)=1.0∶4.0∶0.2,中和剂为二乙醇胺。与市场上同类产品相比,合成的产品具有较高的早期强度,接近国外同类产品的性能。
The application of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer was restricted because of its low early strength. A high early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer was synthesized by different molecular macromonomer MPEGA, (M)AA and a defoaming monomer. The experiment results showed that the copolymer had an excellent property when the molar ratio of MPEGA4000,AA and defoaming monomer was 1.0:4.0:0.2,which the neutralization agent was diethanolamine. Compared with the like product in the market,the copolymer had an higher early strength,achieving the performance of foreign product.
