摘要
以农田水利基础设施为例,分析影响中国农村公共产品供给能力的因素,结果表明:各地区农村公共产品供给能力的影响因素差异较大,优势因素不尽相同;影响因素的重要性排序依次为经济因素、资源因素、人口因素和农业政策因素。
Taking irrigation and water conservancy as an example,the influence factors upon supply capability of rural public goods are analyzed.An empirical measurement of 31 provinces in China indicates that influence factors of the supply capability of rural public goods are different in 31 provinces.There are various specific advantages in each region.The order of the important factors is economics,resources,population and agricultural policy.
