摘要
应用ＴＬＬＺ数学模型度量我国经济建设中的科学技术水平，分析科学技术、资金、劳动力和产出之间的关系；以灰色系统理论对上述因素进行灰色关联分析，找出影响福建省煤炭工业经济发展的优势因素；并应用灰色预测模型ＧＭ（１，１）进行预测分析，为福建省煤炭工业经济的发展提供分析依据。
By applying the TLLZ model to measuring the science and technology level of our country in economic construction, this paper analyses the relation of science and technology, funds, labour force and total output value. Uses the grey system theory to carry out grey relative analysis to find the superiority factors influecing economic development of coal industry in Fujian province;and forecasting analysis with grey forecasting model GM(1,1). Useful bases for the development of coal industry economy in Fujian province are provided.
