摘要
为探索海南白木香根结线虫的生物防治方法,采用双温测定法,在室内测定淡紫拟青霉对白木香根结线虫卵的寄生效果。结果表明,处理18d后,3×107个/mL的孢子悬浮液对卵的相对寄生率为91.10%。田间小区试验结果表明,淡紫拟青霉固体菌剂能抑制海南白木香根结线虫的繁殖和危害,菌剂施用量越大,防效越好。以50g/株剂量处理60d,根结线虫病的病情指数仅为9,防治效果达87.50%,白木香株高增长率为32.1%,地上部鲜质量增长率为46.6%。该菌株的固体菌剂对海南白木香根结线虫病表现出了较为显著而持久的防病作用。淡紫拟青霉不仅能有效地抑制海南白木香根结线虫的寄生与繁殖,而且能促进海南白木香植株的生长。
The parasitic effect of Paecilomyces lilacinus against Aquilaria sinensis（Lour） Gilg root knot nematode eggs was determined indoors with double temperature determination in Hai-nan province.The result showed that 91.10% of the eggs were parasitized by the fungus at 18 days after inoculation with spore suspension of 3×107 spores/mL.The result of field experiment showed that Paecilomyces lilacinus solid inoculant could inhibit reproduction and harm of Aquilaria sinensis（Lour） Gilg root knot nematode,the bigger the agent dosage,the better the control effect.At 60 days after treated by the fungus solid culture at dose of 50 g/plant,the disease index was only 9,and the control effect reached 87.50%.Meanwhile,the plant height of Aquilaria sinensis（Lour） Gilg increased by 32.1%,and the fresh weight of the above ground part increased by 46.6%.The fungus solid inoculant showed a significant and lasting prevention effect on Aquilaria sinensis（Lour） Gilg root knot nematode disease.Paecilomyces lilacinus can not only inhibit parasitism and reproduction of Aquilaria sinensis（Lour） Gilg root knot nematode,but also promote the plant growth.
