摘要
室内测定了一株曲霉发酵液对烟草根结线虫优势种群南方根结线虫(Meloidogyneincognita)2龄幼虫、卵囊和散卵粒孵化的影响。不同稀释浓度发酵液的处理和无菌水处理有显著差异,发酵液的1倍液以上浓度与10μg/ml涕灭威的防效相当,对2龄幼虫的致死率在90%以上,对卵囊和散卵粒孵化的抑制率在95%以上。
The effect of Aspergillus fermentation broth was determined on 2＂d stage juveniles, cysts, and egg hatching of the southern root knot nematode （Meloidogyne incognita）, one of the dominant populations among tobacco rootknot nematodes. Significant differences were observed between treatment with sterilized water and with Aspergillus fermentation broth at different concentrations. Similar control was observed with treatments of a lx fermentation broth and 10μg/ml aldicarb, with mortality 〉90% for 2nd stage juveniles and 〉95% inhibition of cyst and egg hatch.
