去氨加压素与老年人夜尿增多 被引量：2

摘要 老年人普遍伴有夜尿增多的现象，近年来多项研究发现，这可能与体内抗利尿激素分泌节律异常有关。我们回顾了近年来关于老年人夜尿增多治疗方面的文献，综述如下。一、夜尿增多的流行病学及病因根据国际尿控协会（international continence society）定义，夜尿增多是指因夜间排尿而使睡眠一次或多次中断的一种现象[1]。
