摘要
针对电网负荷特性及AGC调节现状,研究并制定了各电厂应义务调节AGC的标杆值,建立了电网AGC撮合交易模型,以上海市东海风电场并入上海电网为算例,交易结果表明AGC撮合交易可提高各电厂经济性、降低电网缺电风险和风电场弃风风险。
Considering the actual power system toad characteristics and AGC status, this paper develops AGC obligation benchmark value and establishes matchmaking transaction model. Taking Donghai wind farm connection into Shang- hai power grid for an example, the results show that AGC matchmaking transaction can not only improve the economy of each plant, but also reduce the risks of power shortage and wind farm power abandoning.
