摘要
超声检查是乳腺癌筛查的一种重要手段。二维超声图像是显示乳腺癌病变的基础,可初步判断肿块的良恶性。彩色多普勒超声能显示肿块的血流信息,超声造影和弹性成像的应用进一步提高了乳腺癌诊断敏感度。超声检查对乳腺癌早期发现、早期诊断发挥着越来越重要的作用,在乳腺癌的治疗及预后评估等方面也有重要辅助作用。本文就乳腺癌超声诊断及鉴别诊断的应用现状和进展作一综述。
Ultrasonography is an important means for screening breast cancer. Two-diamensional ultrasound can display breast lesions and give preliminary diagnosis of benign or malignant lesions. Color Doppler ultrasound can demonstrate the information of blood ilow. Application of contrast- enhanced uhraound and elasticity imaging can further improve the sensitivity for diagnosis of breast cancer. Ultrasonography plays an important role in finding breast cancer and diagnosing it earlier, it also plays an important supporting role in treatment and prognosis for breast cancer. This paper reviews the current situation and progress of ultrasound in diagnosis of breast cancer.
