摘要
论文在分析江苏高校科技查新社会化服务增长态势的基础上,提出高校科技查新社会化服务增长型战略。因势而为,对内培育和增强创新能力,对外实施密集型、多元化,、一体化增长战略,以实现高校科技查新社会化服务的持续健康发展。
On the basis of analyzing the increasing trend of socialization service of the science and technology novelty search in Jiangsu universities,this paper puts forward an increasing strategy for socialization service ol the science ami technology novelty search,that is to follow the current situation,cultivate and strengthen innovation ability inside and implement the intensive and diversified integration growth strategies to the outside,so as to realize the sustained and healthy development of socialization service of the science and technology novelty search in universities.
