摘要
农业科技查新人才需要掌握农学、信息检索、计算机以及外语等学科的专业知识。我国现阶段农业科技查新人才存在学科专业知识不全面,缺乏有效的人才培养途径。需要以现有的高校农业教育为基地,在现有农学类专业中有针对性地设置信息检索和计算机类课程。在现有的高校农学专业中建立一个专门的有效的农业查新人才培养途径。加强对在职查新人员的培养,包括系统地培养以及参加各类培训和讲座,以培养出合格的查新人才为目的。
Agriculture technological novelty search talents should master agriculture knowledge, information retrieval, computer science and foreign language etc. Our country present stage agriculture technological innovation checking appointee just existence academics profession knowledge not overall, lack valid of professional cultivation path. Demand with existing college＇s agriculture profession education for base, have already aim at sex ground constitution information index in existing the agriculture the profession and computer courses. In current colleges, it is essential to set up a training means to train agriculture technology novelty search talents in agriculture profession on purpose. It is imperative to strengthen the training of agri- culture technological novelty search staff, including system training and the participating in various kinds of trains and work-shops, so as to train qualified novelty search staff.
