摘要
运用CT技术对7例成人尸体和100例正常成人头进行CT扫描,对扫描后的尸体头颅再进行侧脑室型.将型的容量与运用CT部分容积分析法(PVA法)求出的侧脑室容量进行比较,经统计分析,结果表明二者间的差异无显著性,PVA法求出的20～50岁正常活体侧脑室容量平均为9.7ml.95％正常值范围为5.26～17.90ml.
The heads of 7 cadavers and 100 healthy adults were scanned with CT, and the casts of the lateral ventricles were made for the scanned heads of the cadavers. The volume of the ca- sts was compared with that of the lateral ventricles measured with me- thod of partial volume analysis(PVA). The result reveals that the two volumes measured on cast and obtai- ned by CT calculation are of no sign- ificant difference. In 95％ of the cases the volume of lateral ventricle in adults measured with PVA averages 9 .71 ml, ranging from 5 .26 to 17 .90ml.
