摘要
目的探讨蛛网膜下池大小随年龄的变化及其临床意义。方法对延边地区311名健康成人(男192、女119名)的头部CT片进行了5种蛛网膜下池测量,并做了方差分析和u检验。结果50岁以前测量值的差异无显著性,50岁以后大脑纵裂池和大脑外侧窝池的CT测量值明显增大,而其他3种脑池的测量值在各岁年龄组之间无显著性差异。结论50岁以后大脑纵裂池和大脑外侧窝池明显增大。
Objective To Study agnig of subarachnoid cistern and its clinic significance.
Methods Subarachnoid cistern of head CT of 311 adults in Yanbian (male 192,female 119)were
measured with 5 items and the data were tereated by means of analysis of variance and U test.
Results The date showed no signoficant difference before the age of 50,the measurements of
cisterna longitudinal fissure cerebrum and cisterna lateralis fossae cerebri were increased
obviously after the age of 50,and the other 3 subarachnoid cisterns had no significant difference
with aging.Conclusion Cisterna longitudinal fissurae cerebri and cisterna lateralis fossae
cerebri were increased significantly after the age of 50, and the changes of their sizes had
pratical significance on judging the sizes of subaracnoid cistern and encephalatrophy. [
