摘要
在87侧成人干燥月骨、12侧透明腕标本、20侧乳胶灌注标本上观察了月骨的血管孔、骨内、外动脉及其与周围结构的关系。掌侧的动脉是月骨的主要血供来源,在长期、反复强力伸腕的情况下容易受到损伤,这可能是月骨缺血性坏死的主要原因.
The vascularity of lunate bone wasstudied on 87 dry bones,12 transpar-ent wrist specimens and 20 upperextremities.The nutrient arteries ent-er the lunate mainly from the volarside,thus the repeated extra-dorsifle-xion movement of wrist joint may da-mage the volar nutrient arteries,andcause lunate avascular necrosis.A
