摘要
目的:观察星状神经阻滞在周围性面瘫的治疗效果。方法:56例周围性面瘫的患者,行星状神经阻滞,并结合药物治疗、理疗、肌肉锻炼。结果:治疗56例患者,基本治愈53例,有效3例,总有效率为94.6%。结论:采用星状神经阻滞结合面部自主运动疗法治疗周围性面瘫效果良好,是起效快,副作用小,疗效可靠的方法。
Objective ： To investigate the effect of stellate ganglion block on peripheral facial parMysis.Methods ： Patients with peripheral facial paralysis received stcllate ganglion block, combined with medication, physical therapy and muscle exercise.Results ： A total of 56 patients completed treatment, with 53 cured basically and 3 cured effectively.The total treatment rate was 94.6%.Conclusion ： The effect of stellate nerve block combined with voluntary facial movements on peripheral facial paralysis is quite reliable, with the advantages of rapid onset and little side effects.
