摘要
目的比较星状神经节阻滞(SGB)与口服药在原发性痛经治疗中的疗效。方法选择原发性痛经患者286例,随机分为实验组(阻滞星状神经节组)和对照组(口服田七痛经胶囊组),各143例。观察其治疗效果。结果实验组和对照组治疗原发性痛经均有一定的疗效,但SGB组疗效更为确切(P<0.01)。结论通过运用两种治疗方法均取得较好的疗效,但疼痛诊疗技术的开展是临床治疗痛经的又一强力手段。
Objective To compare the curative effect of SGB with oral medicine in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods 286 objectives were involved in this study.All the objectives were randomized to SGB group and control groups treated with Tianqi Dysmenorrhea Capsule.Results The SGB and Tianqi Dysmenorrhea Capsule were all curative for primary dysmenorrhea.But SGB had a better curative effect（P0.01）.Conclusion SGB and Tianqi Dysmenorrhea Capsule are effective for the treatment of dysmenorrhea,which has provided another powerful approach to the diagnosis and treatment of pain.
