摘要
以油酸和三羟甲基丙烷为原料,SO42-/TiO2型固体超强酸为催化剂,采用单因素法和正交试验法研究了具有润滑性能的三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯的酯化工艺条件。结果表明:酯化反应最优工艺条件为酯化温度150℃,酯化时间4 h,油酸与三羟甲基丙烷的物质量的比为3.2∶1,催化剂用量为总质量的2.0%,酯化率为91.3%。产物的结构经红外光谱得到证实。
The synthetic technology of trimethylolpropane-trioleate esterification from oleic acid and trimethylolpropane was studied by using SO 4 2- /TiO 2 solid super acid as catalyzation,and employing single-factor and orthogonal-design experiments. The results show that the optimal esterification reaction conditions were as follows: esterification temperature 150 ℃ , esterification time 4 hours, mole ratio of oleic-acid to trimethylolpropane 3.2 ︰ 1,dosage of catalyst 2.0%. The yield of trimethylolpropane-trioleate was 91.3 %. The structure of the product was proved by IR spectrum.
