三羟甲基丙烷三庚酸酯的合成及性能评价

摘要 以三羟甲基丙烷和庚酸、甲醇为原料,通过酯交换反应制备三羟甲基丙烷三庚酸酯,并对其进行了性能评价。优化了酯交换反应的条件,确定最佳条件:三羟甲基丙烷与庚酸甲酯的摩尔比为1:3.1,反应温度为100℃,反应时间5h,催化剂叔丁醇钾的质量分数为2.0%。在此条件下,三羟甲基丙烷三庚酸酯的收率为86.72%。通过红外吸收光谱表征了产物结构,结果与目标产物结构一致。通过对三羟甲基丙烷三庚酸酯的运动黏度、黏度指数、倾点、闪点等理化指标进行测试,结果表明其具有良好的理化性能,是一类低黏度的合成酯润滑油基础油。 Trimethylolpropane triheptanoate was prepared via a transesterification reaction using trimethylolpropane heptylic acid and methyl alcohol as raw materials,and its performance was evaluated.The conditions for the transesterification reaction were optimized.The optimal conditions were determined as follows:a molar ratio of trimethylolpropane to methyl heptanoate of 1:3.1,a reaction temperature of 100,a reaction time of 5 hours,and a mass fraction of the catalyst,potassium tert-butoxide,of 2.0%.Under these conditions,the yield of trimethylolpropane triheptanoate reached 86.72%.The structure of the product was characterized by infrared absorption spectroscopy,and the results were consistent with the structure of the target product.The physicochemical properties of trimethylolpropane triheptanoate,such as kinematic viscosity,viscosity index,pour point,and flash point,were tested.The results show that it possesses good physicochemical properties and is a type of low-viscosity synthetic ester base oil for lubricating oil.
