摘要
[目的]观察音乐疗法对偏头痛发作期病人的影响。[方法]将2011年1月—2011年6月收治的40例急性期偏头痛病人随机分为两组,每组20例。观察组采用常规护理+音乐疗法,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组病人治疗后的疼痛状况。[结果]治疗后观察组疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]偏头痛发作期病人给予音乐疗法干预,可有效减轻病人头痛,促进病人早日康复。
Objective：To observe the influence of music therapy on migraine patients in attack period.Methods：A total of 40 patients with acute phase of migraine who admitted from January to June in 2011 were randomly divided into 2 groups,20 cases in each group.The observation group patients were treated with routine care ＋ music therapy,and the control group cases accepted the routine care.Then the pain status was compared between two groups after treatment.Results：After treatment,pain of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Music therapy for migraine patients in attack period can effectively alleviate headache of patients,and promote patients＇ early rehabilitation.
