摘要
随着对缺血性脑细胞死亡机制研究的深入,越来越多的人认识到神经保护剂联合疗法可能为卒中患者带来新的希望。一些关于神经保护剂联合应用的动物实验数据表明,神经保护剂的联合使用比单一用药能更有效地发挥神经保护作用。现就缺血性脑血管疾病中联合应用神经保护剂的研究现状、发展趋势及存在的一些问题予以综述。
More and more people recognize the combinatorial approach to neuroprotection may bring new hope to stroke patients.There was some evidence that in animal models of ischemic stroke,combinations of neuroprotective agents might be more efficacious to enhance the degree of neuroprotection after ischemic stroke than the same agents administered alone.Here is to make an overview of the status,development and several challenges of the research of combination therapy to neuroprotection in ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
