摘要
为判定原料乳中是否添加青霉素类抗生素分解剂进而区别真假"无抗奶",根据青霉素经青霉素酶作用后产物为青霉噻唑酸的特性,采用HPLC法对原乳中青霉素的酶解产物进行定量测定。方法回收率为89.7%~92.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.7%~5.5%(n=3),在2~60 mg/L范围内青霉噻唑酸钾线性关系良好,方法检出限(S/N=3)为0.2 mg/L。试验表明:该方法可用于准确定量,且前处理简单,适合大通量检测。
As the enzymatic hydrolysate of penicillin potassium is penicilloic acid potassium,a method was established to distinguish real or fake "non-anti-milk" through determining the content of penicilloic acid potassium in raw milk with high-performance liquid chromatography.The recovery is 89.7%~92.7%,and relative standard deviation(RSD) is in 1.7%~5.5%(n=3).Within the range of 2~60 mg/L,the linear relationship of penicilloic acid potassium is good.The detection limit(S/N=3) is 0.2 mg/L.The experimental results indicates the method can accurately determine penicilloic acid potassium quantitatively and the pretreatment is simple.It is more suitable for a huge amount of testing.
