摘要
目的 :研究青霉素G钠 (PGNa)与板蓝根注射液配伍的稳定性。方法 :观察配伍液的外观、pH值变化 ,同时采用HPLC测定配伍后 0~ 6h内青霉素G钠及板蓝根注射液主要成分的含量变化。结果 :青霉素G钠与板蓝根配伍前后 6h内比较 ,外观无明显变化。配伍后溶液中青霉素G的含量下降及溶液PH变化都较平行实验中同等含量单品青霉素G钠溶液变化小。结论 :两药配伍后板蓝根能抑制青霉素G钠的降解 ,增加青霉素G钠的稳定性。
Objective:To study the compatible stability of penicillin G sodium (PGNa)and isatis indigotia injection.Methods:The appearance changes of the compatible fluid and changes of pH value were observed.The contents of main ingredients in the compatible solution were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)in 0 to 6 hours.Results:No significant changes of the appearance of the compatible solution were observed.Compared with that in pure PGNa solution,the content of PGNa in the compatible solution decreased and change amplitude of pH value in compatible solution was lower.c onclusion:Isatis indigotica can inhibit the degradation of PGNa and increase its the stability after being compatible with PGNa while PGNa has no significant effects on the ingredients of isatis indigotica injection.
