针刺内关、神门穴对高脂血症大鼠心肌梗死后室旁核区和血清去甲肾上腺素含量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察针刺内关、神门穴对高脂血症大鼠急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)后室旁核(paraventricular nucleus,PVN)区和血清去甲肾上腺素(norepinephrine,NE)含量的影响。方法从100只高脂血症SD大鼠中随机选择20只作为假手术对照组,其余大鼠结扎冠状动脉左前降支以复制AMI模型。将复制成功的大鼠随机分为模型对照组、内关组、神门组,每组20只。内关组和神门组大鼠分别接受双侧内关穴、双侧神门穴针刺治疗,共5d。分别采用酶联免疫吸附法和放射免疫分析法测定PVN区和血清NE的含量。结果与假手术对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠PVN区NE含量显著下降(P<0.01),而血清NE含量显著升高(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,神门组和内关组大鼠PVN区NE含量显著回升(P<0.01),而血清NE含量显著下降(P<0.01);与内关组比较,神门组大鼠PVN区和血清NE含量无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论针刺内关、神门穴均可使高脂血症大鼠AMI后PVN区NE含量回升,而使血清NE含量下降。 Objective To observe the effects of acupuncturing "Neiguan" (PC6) and "Shenmen"(HTT)acupoints on noradrenaline (NE) levels in the paraventrieular nucleus (PVN) and the serum of hyperlipidemia rats with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods Of 100 SD rats with hypercholesterolemia,20 were randomly chosen into the sham control group, others were ligated in the left anterior descending coronary artery to induce AMI models. Those AMI rats were randomly divided into model control group, "Neiguan" group and "Shenmen" group. There were 20 rats in each group. The rats in "Neiguan" group and "Shenmen" group were treated with acupuncture at bilateral "Neiguan" aeupoints and bilateral "Shenmen" acupoints for 5 days, respectively. The levels of NE in the PVN and the serum were assayed by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and radio immunoassay. Results Com- pared with those in the sham control group,the NE levels in the PVN area in model control group were significant- ly decreased (P^0.01), being contrary to significantly increased NE levels in the serum: Compared with those in the model control group,the NE levels in the PVN area in "Neiguan" group and in "Shenmen" group were signifi- cantly increased (P%0.01), being contrary to significantly decreased NE levels in the serum (P%0.01), but there was no significant difference in NE levels between "Neiguan" group and "Shenmen" group. Conclusion Acupunc- ture at "Neiguan" and "Shenmen" acupoints can increase NE levels in the PVN area and decrease NE levels in the serum of hyperlipidemia rats with AMI.
