摘要
根据循环经济的内涵和减量化、再利用、资源化的"3R"原则,构建了城市循环经济发展指标体系。分别利用模糊AHP方法和熵值法确定了各指标的主观权重和客观权重,然后根据最小相对信息熵原理确定组合权重,结合灰色关联分析方法建立了组合权重灰色关联分析模型,利用模型对江苏省中部某城市2001年—2011年的循环经济发展水平进行了评价,并对模型结果进行了分析。
According to the meaning of circular economy and reduction, reuse and recycle principles, the eval- uation indicator system for city recycling economic is constructed. The combined weight of gray relational analysis model is made by the fuzzy AHP method, entropy method and grey relational analysis. Finally, the evaluation of the development of some city＇ s circular economy from 2001 to 2011 is made.
