摘要
地方高校图书馆在资源建设上投入资金有限，在图书资源采购中依赖于政府的招标采购模式，对于图书供应商的选择是实现资源优化配置的重要因素．通过分析图书供应商选择过程的的各个要素，建立图书供应商的综合评价指标体系，采用改进熵和灰关联分析相结合的决策方法构建评价模型，对图书供应商的12项指标进行综合分析，根据相对贴近度的大小对各图书供应商进行优选排序．评价模型为地方高校图书馆在图书供应商的选择方面提供了重要的理论依据．
The local university library has limited investment in resource construction, and it depends on the government＇s bidding and purchasing mode in the procurement of book resources. The choice of the book supplier is an important factor to realize the optimal allocation of resources.By analyzing the various elements of the book supplier selection process, the comprehensive evaluation index system of the book supplier is established, and the evaluation model is constructed by the combination of the improved entropy and the gray relational analysis. The 12 indicators of the book supplier are analyzed synthetically, Sort the book suppliers according to the size of the relative proximity. The evaluation model provides an important theory basis for the selection of library providers in university libraries.
