生物降解材料聚乳酸制备微球的工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用乳化溶剂挥发法,以聚乳酸为基础材料,以明胶为乳化剂,制备出了形态较好的聚乳酸微球。重点考察了油/水体积比、搅拌速率、乳化时间、PLA浓度、乳化剂浓度对微球的形成及其粒径的影响。实验结果表明,经优化制备的聚乳酸微球光滑、圆整、分散性好,为下一步载药微球的制备提供了基础。 Polylactic acid (PLA) microspheres with good appearance were prepared by O/W emulsion/solvent evaporetion method appling PLA as foundation material and gelatin as emulsifier. Effect of various factors, such as ratio of oil phase to water phase, stirring rate, emulsifying time, PLA concentration and gelatin concentration, on the sphericity and size of the crosslinked microspheres were mainly examined. The microspheres prepared by the optimtrm preparation method were smooth, regular in morphology, good decentralization, and the average partical size was 20μm with narrow size distribution. The microspheres with required sizes and good drugreleasing properties could be synthesized through applying this craft.
