可降解聚乳酸多孔微球的制备探究 被引量:1

摘要 以聚乳酸为壁材,碳酸氢铵为致孔剂,采用双乳液溶剂挥发法,制备出具有孔状的聚乳酸微球,探讨制备条件对聚乳酸微球的影响。结果表明,在内外水相体积比1∶7.5,初乳化搅拌速度1 000 r/min下制得的PLA多孔微球的球形和孔结构较好。 Based on ammonium bicarbonate as pore-foaming agent and polylactic acid (PLA) as a biodegradable material,adopts double emulsion solvent evaporation method to prepared PLA microspheres with hole shape,the effect of preparation condition on polylactic acid microspheres was studied.The result showed that the spherical of PLA porous microsphere and pore structure obtained by using the inland waters within web of phase volume ratio at 1 ∶ 7.5 with mixing speed in early emulsification process at 1 000 r/min.
