摘要
素质教育是以全面提高人的思想品德、科学文化和身心素质为目的的基础教育。素质教育要求未来教师必须具有现代化的教育思想、高尚的职业道德、渊博的专业知识、较强的教学科研能力、健康的身心素质。培养高素质的教师 ,师范院校必须在教育思想、教学内容、教学方法、考试方法等方面深化改革。
Quality education is the elementary education with the purpose or improving people's morality ,scientific knowledge and the physical and mental quality comprehensively .The quality education requires that teachers in the future should have modern teaching ideas,noble professional morality,profound major knowledge,fairly good ability of teaching and scientific research,and healthy quality of body and mind. To cultivate teachers of high quality,normal schools must deepen reform in some aspects,such as teaching ideas,teaching and learning content, teaching and learning methods,ways of examination and so on.
