摘要
目的探讨全程优化护理对颈部CT动脉造影(CTA)高质量成像的影响及其意义。方法将60例颈部CTA扫描患者随机分成实验组和对照组,对照组按照常规进行颈部CTA检查,实验组加全程优化护理,两组均采用右肘静脉留置针。患者图像质量、过敏发生率、渗漏进行分析比较,采用卡法检验。结果实验组及对照组的过敏发生率分别为2.33%及13.33%,对照组有2例发生渗漏,头臂静脉放射状伪影产生实验组少于对照组,在颈部动脉起始段及颈部动脉远侧段显示均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论为取得优质的颈部CTA图像及成功率,除了合理设置各项扫描参数外,全程优化护理也为重要因素之一。
Objective To study the influence of optimized nursing on imaging quality of neck CT angiography（CTA） and its significance.Methods A total of 60 patients who received CTA scanning were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.The control group received regular neck CTA check while extra optimized nursing was added to the experiment group.Both groups had needles indwelled on the right elbows.Imaging quality,incidence rate of allergy and leakage were compared and analyzed with chi-squared statistic.Results The incidence rates of allergy in the experiment group and the control group were 2.33% and 13.33% respectively.There were two patients who had leakages in the control group.The brachiocephalic vein shadow was less in the experiment group than in the control group.The imagings at the beginning section and the end section of the carotid artery were better in the experiment group than in the control group.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion To get high quality of the CTA imaging and the success rate,the optimized nursing is a most important factor in addition to proper default of scanning parameters.
