多发性肌炎／皮肌炎合并间质性肺疾病发病机制的研究进展 被引量：9

摘要 多发性肌炎／皮肌炎（polymyositis／dermatomyositis，PM／DM）是一类病因和发病机制尚不明确的主要累及横纹肌的非化l腩性弥漫性炎症性肌病，常合并间质性肺疾病（interstitial lung disease，ILD），其发生率可高达40％-60％^[1]。多发洼肌炎，皮肌炎合并ILD患者往往病情重，进展快，预后差，病死率在20％。
