摘要
高速公路服务区配送是高速公路管理的重要环节。通过分析河南省高速公路服务区配送现状及存在的主要问题,提出建立高速公路服务区配送中心,以集中配送模式实现配送作业的规模经济和流通费用的降低。同时,顺应配送模式的选择,建议成立共同配送中心,根据河南省高速公路及服务区发展的实际情况确定配送规模、配送的商品品种方案以及配送的基本流程,以此提高河南高速公路服务区的物流服务水平,进而促进河南高速公路系统和地区经济的又好又快发展。
Distribution of Expressway Service Areas is an important link for realizing sustainable development of the Expressway.This paper analyzes the present state of distribution of Expressway Service Areas in Henan Province.In view of the existing problems for distribution of Expressway Service Areas in Henan Province,the paper puts forward forming a distribution center to achieve economies of scale and the circulation costs reduced of distribution operations by centralized distribution mode.Meanwhile,complying with the choice of distribution mode,the paper gives some suggestions as follows： establishing common distribution centre in the concrete operational scheme,ascertaining distribution scale and commodity varieties scheme in accordance with the market demand,logistics status quo and so on,in order to enhance logistics service level of Expressway Service Areas in Henan Province,and then promoting sound and rapid development of Expressway system of Henan Province and the regional economy.
