摘要
真空感应炉流槽所用浇注料寿命一直较低,为此,研制出了一种适合高温真空使用的刚玉-尖晶石质流槽整体预制块。研究结果表明:按照烧结板状刚玉(5~3、3~1和≤1 mm)70%(w),电熔白刚玉粉(≤0.045mm)10%(w),α-Al2O3微粉(≤2μm)8%(w),电熔尖晶石细粉(≤0.045 mm)8%(w),Secar71水泥4%(w),并外加分散剂0.1%(w)和水3.5%~4.5%(w)的配方,经振动成型、室温养护和干燥以及500℃24 h热处理后制成的刚玉-尖晶石质流槽整体预制块,强度高,抗热震性和抗渣性好,在高温下耐真空损毁性能优越,平均使用寿命达32次,完全能够满足12 t真空感应炉生产工艺的要求。
The corundum-spinel monolithic precast blocks used in vacuum at high temperatures were pre- pared in order to dissolve the short service life of castables for launder of vacuum induction furnace. The results show that the prepared precast blocks,using 70 mass% sintered tabular corundum (5-3,3-] ,and ≤ mm) ,10 mass% fused white corundum powder ( ≤0. 045 ram), 8 mass% α-Al2O3 micropowder (≤2 μm) ,8 mass% fused spinel fines ( ≤0. 045 mm) ,4 mass% Secar71 cement,adding 0.1 mass% dispersant and 3.5 mass%-4.5 mass% water,vibrating shaping, curing at room temperature, drying, and heat treating at 500 0(3 for 24 h,are featured with high strength,good thermal shock resistance and slag resistance, excellent high temperature vacuum damage resistance,32 cycles of average service life, which can fully satisfy the manufacturing technique requirements of 12, t vacuum induction furnaces.
