摘要
研究了富铝尖晶石的反应烧结特性,评价了这种特性对抗渣性能的作用。结果表明,富铝尖晶石的烧结主要受尖晶石内延生长机理和晶界迁移率所制约,但条件改变,可调整机制,避免笼络气孔形成,尖晶石愈富铝,晶格常数、热膨胀率愈小;这些都与尖晶石熟料及铝—尖晶石浇注料的抗渣性有密切关系。
The particular sintering mechanism of rich-alumina MgAl 2O 4 and its effect on slag resistance are described. The sintering of rich-alumina MgAl 2O 4 is controlled largely by internal growth and grain boundary mobility. If the conditions are improved, the mechanism is modified without cage-pore. The richer alumina MgAl 2O 4 is, the less the lat tice constants and thermal coefficient of expansion are. All of them influence the slag resistances of spinel clinker and its castable refractory.
