摘要
目的 研究新城疫病毒疫苗对小鼠S1 80 肉瘤细胞的作用。方法 采用昆明种小鼠皮下移植性S1 80 肉瘤模型 ,Ⅰ组瘤体内注射PBS液 ,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组瘤体内注射NDV疫苗 (Ⅱ组在接种S1 80 肉瘤前 1周皮下注射NDV疫苗 ) ,分 2次解剖取材后光镜、电镜观察。结果 NDV颗粒附着在瘤细胞表面 ,瘤组织大片坏死 ,坏死周边部有炎细胞浸润 ,并可见凋亡小体。Ⅱ、Ⅲ组瘤体逐渐减小 ,有 2只Ⅱ组小鼠瘤块完全消失 ,生存期延长。其他脏器无明显病理改变。结论 新城疫病毒疫苗对小鼠S1 80 肉瘤细胞有较强的杀伤作用 ,抑制肿瘤的生长 ,安全性大。
Objective To investigate the effect of Newcastle disease virus(NDV) vaccine on murine S 180 sarcoma.Methods NDV vaccine was injected into the murine subcutaneously transplanted S 180 sarcoma,the mice of Ⅱ group were injected with NDV vaccine subcutaneously a week before the S 180 sarcoma was implanted.After treatment,the changes of the tumor cells were detected by the light and electron microscopy.Results Newcastle disease virions adhered to the surface of the tumor cells,and there were plenty of necrosis and infiltration of inflammatory cells around the regions of necrosis.The tumors of 2 mice in Ⅱ group disappeared completely.The organs did not undergo pathological changes.Conclusion NDV vaccine can kill the murine S 180 sarcoma cells and suppress the growth of the tumors.It is safe and effective.
