摘要
茶树体内儿茶素代谢受C/N 代谢平衡状态所制约.通过氨基酸对^(14)CO_2掺入儿茶素的影响,发现Glu、Lys 有正效应,而Ala、phe 有负效应.分析不同施氮量茶梢中的游离氨基酸,结果表明,体内Glu、Ala、phe、Thr 等含量及代谢活性的不同,至少是影响儿茶素含量的原因之一.
It is concluded that amino acids can plunge into carbon metabolism andpromote the whole metabolism or change C/N balance of the tea plant.We discovered that Glu and lys have right effects,while Ala and phehave negative effects by influence of amino acids on ^(14)CO_2 plunging intocatechins.Contribution of every kind of amino acid to the biosynthesis of catechinis different from each other.The result suggested that,the difference inquantity and metabolism activity of Glu,Phe,Ala and Thr is at least one ofthe reasons that affect the quantity of catechin in the tea shoots.
