摘要
传统的多不饱和脂肪酸甘油酯的合成方法已不能满足现代保健品的要求。在减压条件下,不加催化剂,在无溶剂体系中直接用鱼油多不饱和脂肪酸与甘油酯化反应合成多不饱和脂肪酸甘油酯,考察了反应温度,反应时间以及醇酸比(摩尔比)对多不饱和脂肪酸转化率的影响,得出最佳工艺条件为:温度190℃,时间5h,醇酸比1∶1,在此条件下,其转化率可达到89.12%。
The traditional synthetic method of PUFAs glyceride has not been able to meet the demand of the modern healthy product.The synthesis of PUFAs glyceride is in non-catalyzed,solvent-free system through decompression operation,with fish oil PUFAs and glycerine,the effects of factor such as reaction temperature,reaction time,the glycerol/fatty acid ratio(molar ratio) on the reaction have been discussed by orthogonal test in this article.The results indicate that the conversion rate of PUFAs can reach to 89.12% with the optimum conditions of synthesis: the reaction temperature of 190℃,the reaction time of 5h,glycerol/fatty acid ratio of 1∶1.
