摘要
数控技术在现代工业中得到广泛应用,是一个国家制造业发展的标志。如何将数控技术更好的应用于生产,使生产效率最大化,风险最小化是一很有价值的课题。数控加工仿真是虚拟制造底层关键技术之一。论文主要研究基于ActionScript3.0的零件、加工环境建模及数控加工刀路动态仿真。同时建立人机交互模块。
Computer numeric control(CNC) technology is widely used in modem industry. It is a symbol of the national development of the manufacturing industry. How to apply CNC technology to production better, to maximize production efficiency and minimize risk is a valuable topic. This paper focused on parts modeling, virtual environment establishment, simulation of dynamic tool path and creation of human-computer interaction module.
