摘要
为解决复杂曲线铣削难的问题,设计了基于DSP的小型开放式PC-NC系统。系统主要由工控机、电机及其驱动器、运动控制器以及基于PC的控制软件组成。自行设计开发的基于DSP的运动控制器可以方便的扩展多轴。采用模块化结构开发了上下位机软件和方便用户二次开发的动态链接库。实际测试结果证明了所开发的系统的优越性。
In order to solve the difficult problem of complex curve milling, a small open PC-NC numerical control system is designed based on DSP. It is mainly composed of industry control computer, motor and driver, motion controller as well as control software on the basis of PC. The self-designed and developed motion controller based on DSP is convenient for multiple axes expansion. The modular structure is adopted to develop upper and lower PC software and DLL, which is convenient for user's second development. The actual test results prove the superiority of the system.
