63例毒蜂蛰伤患者心电图改变的临床诊断意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨毒蜂蛰伤患者心电图的异常改变,为救治患者提供参考。方法回顾性研究12导联心电图仪监测的63例毒蜂蛰伤患者心电图的变化,并与87例健康体检组对照分析。结果 63例毒蜂蛰伤患者中51例发生心电图异常改变,异常改变的主要类型为:ST-T的改变、Q-T间期延长及心律失常等。发生率为80.95%;对照组2例心电图异常,临床诊断为冠心病,发生率为2.29%。二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论毒蜂蛰伤患者心电图异常改变发生率较高,临床抢救患者可将其作为病情的判断、治疗及预后的一项重要参考指标。
