摘要
本文对 Unasyn和氨苄青霉素进行了体外抗菌活性和抗生素后效应的比较研究。证实Unasyn对产β-内酰胺酶菌株的抗菌活性明显优于氨苄青霉素,其抗生素后效应也比后者长。同时在临床治疗的五例感染中,痊愈及显效的3例,好转1例,仅1例没有获得显著疗效。
The antibacterial activities and postantibiotic effect (PAE) of Unasyn and Ampicillin in vitro were studied. The results showed that the antibacterial activities of Unasyn against β-lactamase postive strains were stronger than that of Ampicillin, and also Unasyn had longer PAE than Ampicillin did. In this study, We treated 5 patients with different infections by Unasyn. Among them, 3 patients were cured or got marked effect,1 patient was improved,and the other was no improvement.
